Here are a few tips to get you started!
If you need help from a human...
If you’d prefer to interact with a nice warm human being instead of an AI chatbot - or if you're feeling anxious about this stuff - you can get some human contact by joining a Success Circle. Your circle will include a number of like-minded peers and a special facilitator to get things rolling for you. It costs a tad more, but many will find it a worthwhile addition to your learning experience.

Step 1.
Look in your email for an invitation link to our classroom, hosted on a Zulip chat server. There will be various "channels" for information, discussion and Q&A about the class. You are welcome to participate! If you are signing up for an optional Success Circle, you'll find it in there.
Step 2.
Look for SuccessBot, which should introduce itself on entry. If not, look for it in your Direct Messages. You can ask it any questions you may have about the class, the nature of the homework, whatever you like. It's intelligent and should be able to answer just about any question you have about the class.
Step 3.
If you still haven't met SuccessBot, look on the left navigation block for Direc t Messages, and click on 'SuccessBot'. Then answer its questions, and you'll get the first lesson when you tell SuccessBot that you're ready! This will initiate the program for you. The flow of the classes go like this: watch the lesson video, do the assigned homework and submit it to SuccessBot to review, and then schedule the next class. There's no rush or schedule, it's self-paced.
