Possibility #1

Check your spam folder. If you find an email from flowlearning.ai please whitelist it or mark it as "Not Spam". About half the time, this is the issue. ​

Possibility #2

Another possibility is that our credit card processor, Stripe, did not like your card or bank. Often, banks offer a security layer where you have to explicitly approve transactions from new vendors. If this is the case, please approve the transaction and try again.​

If neither of the above fixed the issue, then we need you to contact us, via the contact form. We can manually process your order, and accept other payment types, such as Paypal. Use the contact form below.
